1. Log in to your portal using your username and password
2. Navigate to Hostel Accommodations on the left side panel
3. Select Hostel Accommodations, Check the available hostels tab, including the hostel countdown timer indicating when hostels will be accessible. If a hostel is available, view the list of hostels
4. Click on "Make Reservation" to secure your bedspace, which will redirect you to the "My Reservation" section
5. In the "My Reservation" section, observe the countdown timer indicating the duration within which you must make the payment and confirm your booking. Failure to do so will result in the expiration of your reservation, and the hostel will be released
6. Click on "Proceed to Make Payment," and upon payment confirmation, a bedspace will be allocated to you
7. Access the "Printouts" option to print your hostel receipt and hostel allocation form
8. The print out form after affixing a passport photograph is to be taken to the Student Affairs Unit for documentation before proceeding to the allocated hostel.
