FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OYE-EKITI, [FUOYE] ACTIVATE PORTAL FOR CHANGE OF COURSE

Following the commencent of uploading Admitted Candidates names on Jamb caps as well as the Institution official website for the 2021/22 session few months ago,the University management wishes to notify Candidates who are yet to be offered Provisional Admission into their respective desired Programmes that the Supplementary Application form for the 2021/22 Academic Session is out.

It’s pertinent for Applicants to note that the Supplementary Application form encompasses few Programmes unlike the core Screening Application form.

The programmes available under this Supplementary Application form are as follows:

Agricultural Economics and Extensio

Animal Production and Health

Soil Science and Land Resources Management

Water Resources management and Agrometerology

Adult Education

Educational Technology

Human Kinetics

Mathematics Education

Physics Education

Estate Management

Urban and Regional Planning

Mathematics

Microbiology

Statistics.

CLOSING DATE

The Supplementary Application form closes on the 18th of March,2022.

 ELIGIBILITY

Applicants who sat for the 2021 UTME and must have choosed the Fuoye as first choice right from the outset.

Applicants who choosed the institution as first choice and obtained a minimum of 160 in the 2021 UTME and yet to be offered Provisional Admission can re-apply.

Interested Candidates must ensure that the programme they wish to apply for must correlates with their qualifications (olevel and jamb Subject combination) as it was required by the Institution.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Interested Applicants are to note that no payment is made for the change of course form.

Hence,you are to Login into your profile using your UTME Registration number and Follow the prompt Instructions to apply for any of the course available.

After the successful completion of the application, Candidates should visit any nearby accredited jamb CBT center to do Change of course to the new desired course Applied for,on Jamb caps.

Candidates who fails to adhere to this Instructions will not notice any positive changes on his/her caps as Jamb won’t process the Admission offer Owing to the discrepancy that will occur during the process.

To averr this situation, Changing of course is the best option.

DE: a.) A holder of National Diploma (ND) in Urban and Regional Planning may be considered for Direct Entry provided he/she has at least a Lower Credit in his/her National Diploma result and satisfies general entry requirement of five Ordinary Level credit in SSCE/GCE or its acceptable equivalent.

b). Holders of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Urban and Regional Planning may also be considered into 300 Level of the programme while holders of National Diploma will be considered into 200 Level in addition to satisfying the O’Level requirements.
