UNIVERSITY OF ILORIN (UNILORIN) ISSUE AN IMPORTANT NOTICE ON CLEARANCE STATUS
Applicants should take note of the following information for candidates that have been given Admission on school portal and have uploaded required don’t documents needed for their online clearance.
Sorry you are not Registrable for any of our programme.
It means: The candidates Admission has been forfeited
Not cleared on account of unacceptable result.
It means: The candidates Admission has been forfeited
Reupload a new result checker.
It means : Candidates seeing this on their portal should not be panic, you still have chance to re-upload your cards details again. Get a new result checker card and delete the previous one permanently, then proceed to supply the new details of the check you just get.
To be moved on account of UTME subject combination.
It means: The Jamb Subjects combination for the chosen course is wrong, therefore the candidates will be moved to another department and the course will change as well. i.e Candidates apply for Medicine with Subject combination of Maths, Eng, Biology and Chemistry and the correct Subjects combination for Medicine is Eng, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, which means Mathematics is not among the requirements to study Medicine. So such candidates will be move to another course that correlate with his/her Jamb Subjects combination.
To be moved on account of O’level subject combination.
It means: The O’level Subjects combination for the chosen course is wrong, therefore the candidates will be moved to another department and the course will change as well. i.e Candidates apply for Medicine with O’level Subject combination of Maths, Eng, Biology Civic and Chemistry and the correct O’level Subjects combination for Medicine is Eng, Biology, Chemistry, Biology and Physics, which means Civic is not among the requirements to study Medicine. So such candidates will be move to another course that correlate with his/her Jamb Subjects combination.
Candidates that are yet to Upload their Documents for clearance are urge and ensure to upload it correctly.
Candidates that are yet to be cleared are urged to keep calm and stay glued on their portal as the clearance is a gradual process and candidate are select randomly.
Once you Upload all required documents you will be cleared and if you are not, the reason will be stated.
After successful Online clearance, the next thing is Physical clearance with your Departmental Level Adviser (LA) and this will commence once the school make official announcement.
