UNIVERSITY OF ABUJA ANNOUNCES SALES OF ADMISSION INTO SULTAN MACCIDA INSTITUTE FOR PEACE, LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT STUDIES FOR THE 2022/2023 ACADEMIC SESSION

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission to the University of Abuja postgraduate programmes of the Sultan Maccida Institute for Peace, Leadership and Development Studies, University of Abuja, for the 2022/2023 Academic Session. The Institute accepts candidates from different academic backgrounds such as Engineering, Health Sciences, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Military, Agriculture, Arts, Education, Finance, Taxation, banking, Marketing Law and Accounting.

General Admission Requirements

Applicants seeking admission into the programmes must possess the following:

i. Five (5) credit passes including English language and Mathematics at "O' Level WASC/NECO/GCE or their equivalent at not more than two sittings.

ii. Bachelor's degree in any discipline not below Second Class Lower except for Postgraduate Diploma programmes where candidates would be admitted with a minimum of Third Class Degree or HND with a minimum of Lower Credit or its equivalent from a recognized institution.

iii. NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.

Duration of Programmes

Postgraduate Diploma: 9-24 calendar months

Master's Degree: 18-36 calendar months
