CROSS RIVER STATE COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES, ITIGIDI RELEASES ND/HND NURSING SCIENCES ADMISSION FORM FOR 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION


This is to inform all prospective candidates for admission into Cross Rivers State College of Nursing and Midwifery Sciences, Itigidi that forms for the 2024 Post-UTME screening are available at the College Registry on payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N25,500) only into Account No:2037884057 (College Utility Account) domiciled in First Bank PLC and evidence of payment tendered at Bursary department of the College where charges of ten thousand naira (N10,000) only shall be paid cash for issuance of receipts to cover all payments made.

  • Procurement of forms commences from Monday, 27th May, 2024.
  • Closing date for submission of forms is Friday, 30th August, 2024.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE FORM(S)

Applications who chose the College as first or second choice at JAMB Examination of 2024 with aggregate score of not less than 150

•Applicants with evidence of change of Institution/Course to reflect the name of the College with 2024 aggregate JAMB score of not less than 150

•Applicants for Post Basic Nursing and Post Basic Midwifery

REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN FORM(S)

•Applicants must present evidence(s) of five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology obtained in WAEC, GCE or NECO at not more than two (2) sittings

•Evidence of 2024 JAMB score at not less than 150 and change of Institution/Course reflecting on the name of the College

•Two (2) recent passport size photographs preferably coloured with white background, First School Leaving Certificate and sworn affidavit of date of birth/age declaration.

DATES FOR SCREENING EXERCISE

Post-UTME screening shall commence Tuesday, 24th September to Thursday, 26th September, 2023. The schedule for the screening excersise which shall comprise Computer Based Test (CBT) and Oral forms will be communicated to all and sundry at a later date for your earliest information and necessary action please.
