Candidates who did not choose SUMAS as their first choice University but are desirous of gaining admission into the University and scored one hundred and fifty (150) and above in 2026 UTME are advised to change their first choice University in JAMB Central.
Direct entry and Inter-University applicants should follow the same procedure and choose the appropriate Admission Category.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
All candidates seeking admission into any programme in SUMAS must:
Credit Level Pass — Obtain a minimum of Credit Level passes in English Language, Mathematics and Physics, and any other two relevant subjects in WAEC SSCE, NECO SSCE or equivalent in one sitting (for Medicine and Surgery) and not more than two sittings for other programmes.
Upload Result — Upload O'level results (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB) to your JAMB profile in JAMB CAPS at efacility.jamb.gov.ng. Any student who fails to upload their O'level result on JAMB CAPS will not be considered for admission.
PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT AND APPLICATION
You will be required to pay the PUTME application fee of two thousand naira only (₦2,000.00). The narration of payment should be the applicant's JAMB registration number.
