AMBROSE ALLI UNIVERSITY, [AAU] REOPENS 2021/2022 POST UTME/DE PORTAL, EXTENDS REGISTRATION DEADLINE


I would like to bring to the notice of the general public particularly 2021 UTME/DE Applicants who are yet to be considered for Admission into their desired Programmes and Institution that the management of Ambrose Alli university, Ekpoma had re-opened the screening Application portal for the 2021/22 Academic Session.

This resulted into the extension of the Screening Application Deadline. According to the management,the new Deadline is now on the 31st of March,2022

Applicants who obtained a minimum of 150 in the 2021 UTME and yet to be offered admission can apply for the Screening Application form.

DE Applicants can also shoot their shot for the Screening Application form. Further details in regards to the screening Application form will be explictly discussed in the subsequent paragraphs below.

SCREENING OF UTME/DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES FOR 2021/2022 ACADEMIC SESSION ADMISSION UTME

All candidates for the 2021/2022 UTME screening, who scored 150 and above are required to pay for the Ambrose All University, Ekpoma screening exercise online application form at a fee of N2,000,00 (Two thousand Naira), only using their ATM debit cards on Interswitch.

PROCEDURE FOR THE ONLINE SCREENING

Candidates are advised to apply online at http://aaua.waeup.org and make payments with their ATM debit cards on Interswitch.

All such candidates must upload their coloured passport photographs, fill in all relevant certificate documents (WAEC,NECO/NATEB) etc. with the correct examination number exam date exam type, scratch card pin and serial number) on the Portal .Candidates should preview and confirm that the passport photograph is properly uploaded as no complaint of wrong or blank picture will be entertained after Submission of forms.

All Direct Entry Candidates who applied to JAMB for admission and choose Ambrose Alli University. Ekpoma as institution of the First Choice are also required to complete the online application form for their screening exercise. All such candidates must enter all relevant certificates/documents (WAEC/NECO/NABTEBS,NCE,DIPLOMA/DEGREE) etc, and with the correct examination number and Pin on the Portal.

NOTE

All candidates (both UTME and Direct Entry are to note that

1.The cost of the online application form is N2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira only).

2.All names should be written in full when completing the online application form No

initials shall be entertained.

MODE OF SCREENING

The screening exercise for all candidates would be done strictly ONLINE by the screening of qualifying results of candidates. There shall be no physical screening.

AWAITING RESULT

ONLINE screening for candidates with awaiting result would be done at a later date which will be communicated to the affected candidates.

APPLICATION FORMS

Application forms for both UTME and Direct Entry candidates will be available online for completion and submission from Monday 4th of October, 2021 to 31st of March,2022.

ADVICE

Candidates should check the University website www.aukoma.edu.ng and Portal https:aauewaoup.org regularly for other details on the application/ admission procedure.

AAU POST-UTME APPLICATION FORM: SIGNIFICANT NOTICE TO ALL APPLICANTS

Any candidate who fails to fill and submit the form online may forfeit his/her Eligibility eligibility for consideration for the 2021/ 2022 academic session’s admission exercise.

Applicants who provide false information or upload incorrect credentials online will automatically be disqualified.
